By accessing our website, enrolling in our dance programs, or opting into our mobile messaging program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. USE OF SERVICES & WEBSITE
By using our website or signing up for dance lessons at our studio, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
2. DANCE LESSON FEES & CANCELLATIONS
All lesson scheduling, payments, tuition fees, and package packages are governed by your individual student enrollment agreement signed at the studio. Cancellation policies for private lessons or group classes must be adhered to as outlined by studio staff.
3. MOBILE MESSAGING PROGRAM (SMS) TERMS
Arthur Murray The Woodlands offers a mobile messaging program to provide scheduling notifications, class updates, lesson reminders, and promotional studio events to our students.
- User Opt-In: By providing your mobile number on our contact forms, scheduling software, or by texting an explicit keyword to our number, you affirmatively consent to receive automated and recurring text messages from Arthur Murray The Woodlands. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any dance packages or lessons.
- Program Description: Messages may include appointment/lesson reminders, studio closure alerts, event invitations, or regional promotional dance offers.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your active lesson schedule and studio activity.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan details with your carrier. Arthur Murray The Woodlands does not charge users to receive text messages.
- Opt-Out (How to Stop): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to our mobile number. After you send the text message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS confirmation message to let you know you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
- Support (How to Get Help): If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling us at 936-321-9200.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
T & L Combs and its affiliates, instructors, or staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, participation in dance classes, or delays/delivery failures in our mobile messaging system. SMS delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
5. PRIVACY
Your use of our website and text services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Our policy explicitly states that mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in consent collected for the purpose of SMS communications will not be shared with, sold, or leased to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
